We are committed to being a fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ who glorify our Triune God and practice positive Christian living by growing in God’s Word, caring for each other, and reaching out with God’s love by responding to the physical and spiritual needs of others. At SCC, we believe that the Bible is the only perfect rule for faith, doctrine and conduct, and therefore, we aim to equip and intentionally grow in our ability to study and apply Biblical truths in ways that fulfill God’s purposes. We celebrate our identity as people who are connected by God’s love. Although we realize I is difficult to maintain loving relationships in our increasingly divisive world, we commit to seeking to better love each other as Jesus did, trusting that he alone is the one who unites us.
